SideWays Play - Young V&A

I'm currently working with Oily Cart to develop SideWays Play, a new immersive sensory playspace designed for children and families.

We're now in the exciting testing phase at the Young V&A, where families are helping us shape the experience through playful exploration and feedback. SideWays Play invites visitors to discover a world where the senses overlap—where colours can be felt, textures can be heard, and there are no right or wrong ways to play.

The project will premiere as a full-scale installation at Southbank Centre in early 2027, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve.
